Introduction to Word
This is
a short course in how to create documents using common keyboard and
mouse shortcuts, and save them in a filing system. Attendees will learn
how to format and edit documents using the menus and toolbars, as well
as more advanced skills tailored to individual needs, such as mail merges,
use of graphics and tables, or converting to HTML to upload documents
to a website. This course is NOT intended for professional office administrators
who need to use styles and advanced formatting techniques.

Word
for Law Firms
Level
I - Level I covers common formatting techniques used by law firms
for uniform documentation. The first of two courses is always customized
for each firm's needs, but usually addresses formatting documents by
using styles, outline numbering, and templates.
One 4-hour session
Level
II - Level II continues from where Level I left off, addressing
topics such as tables, tracking changes, tables of contents, and footnotes.
The balance of the course is customized to the needs of your firm.

Basic Excel
If you
want to create lists of addresses, track inventory, or organize collections
of items, this is the course for you. ZIP takes the beginner from navigating
a grid sheet to inserting text or numbers and storing information in
a file. This is not intended for a regular Excel user, but for anyone
who needs to do a specific task, and needs quick training to get it
done.

Excel for Professionals
Level
I - Geared to busy corporate executives and professionals, this
is the ideal introduction to Excel or refresher for infrequent users.
Training includes basic formulas for adding columns or rows of numbers,
formatting, and printing tips and tricks. In addition, this course can
cover whatever a client requests for a specific task.
One 3-hour session
Level
II - This course covers financial models using business formulas,
plus more advanced formatting of spreadsheets. May also include special
features for comparing data, protecting data, and logic formulas.

Level
III - Attendees are instructed in advanced functions, date math,
database functions, and pivot tables. However, as with all classes,
this course can be customized to meet clients' specific requests.

Macros
- Basic course in writing macros and the Visual Basic editor. Not a
course in Visual Basic, but rather an introduction to what the editor
looks like, along with some handy tips on tweaking spreadsheets to perform
the way you want.

QuickBooks
101
From installing
the software to creating your company and a chart of accounts, this
course gets business owners and managers up to speed on this popular
accounting program. Users will also master the basics of sending invoices,
receiving payments, paying bills, reconciling bank statements and credit
cards, creating estimates, and overall maintenance of an accurate electronic
bookkeeping system.

Make the most of your business data! This beginner course in the basics
of Access covers creating and using simple tables for holding records
and then querying the information to use in reports. This course also
includes using Access files as a data source for mail merge letters

use the powerful Outlook program for sending and receiving e-mail, managing
contacts, and synchronizing vital data with your PDA. Designed for time-starved
professionals, this abbreviated course covers more than many six-hour
classes - maintaining contacts using categories, keeping notes, and
other uses for Outlook, Microsoft's contact management system. Web Access
Outlook can also be included if requested.
